Tech Talks vs eSeminars: Both free and educational, but different

As announced in our June newsletter, we'll be launching a new, free monthly Tech Talks series beginning in late July.

The first -- on Wednesday, July 29 --is on Advanced Form Techniques with LiveCycle Designer. Register now!

The Tech Talks will be somewhat different from our free, monthly eSeminars -- they'll be on a specific, narrow topic, and will be shorter and more informal. We build the eSeminars around a broad Topic of the Month, and we produce and collect a range of related content each month to support the seminar topic.

For example, the June eSeminar on Acrobat and Accessibility was held last week. For those who missed the live session, we've posted a recorded version for on-demand viewing, along with the supporting presentation [PDF: 212 kb] by Charlie Pike, director of The Paciello Group Europe.

In addition, we published a range of videos, articles and tutorials on the same theme of accessibility, including:

And more.

The July eSeminar on Wednesday, July 22 -- a week before the first Tech Talk -- covers Geospatial and Mapping -- creating PDF maps by importing geospatial files that retain metadata and coordinates.
