London Acrobat User Group

The London Regional group offers users an interesting and informal opportunity to learn more about Acrobat and related products featuring Adobe PDF technology. Whether listening to informative, illustrated presentations from invited speakers or simply exchanging tips and tricks with other users, members gain invaluable knowledge from every event they attend.

It also gives members a chance to provide feedback about possible features and improvements that could help enhance the Acrobat user experience in forthcoming versions of the product.

Who We Are

Acrobat users come from every size of organization and business, and so do our members. Whether your background is local government, legal, architecture, accounting, publishing, production, engineering or education, you’ll find that attending a user group event is a great way to meet people who share your experiences of using Acrobat in their daily work.

Users can find out about best practices using features they already work with — and learn about features they never knew existed. Unexplored concepts, such as PDF/A for archiving, interactive forms, full-text indexing, collaboration and document security are explained in a jargon-free and effective manner — making each event a worthwhile experience.

Members are welcome, whether they are relative newcomers to Acrobat or experienced users. By arranging topics and speakers to suit each audience, we aim to ensure that nobody attending an event walks away empty handed. We regularly survey members to find out what we could do better and what topics we should be talking about.
