About me
I have an academic background in librarianship and computer communications. I've taught at the University of Chicago and here at Northwestern, in a master's program for IT managers. I'm especially interested in document delivery systems, end user training, and the sociology of organizational change.
How I Use Acrobat
I've been advocating wider use of Acrobat forms among many offices within the University. I also encourage faculty to use Acrobat markup features in their work with students.
