Tech Talk: Insider Secrets to Adobe Acrobat Customization Wizard Deployment

Agenda

To start, Douglas Hanna, a member of the Document Publishing Technology team at Hewitt Associates and corporate subject matter expert on Adobe Acrobat, PDF, and the needs of the transaction print industry, will share tips and tricks you can use with the Acrobat Customization Wizard to deploy Acrobat in an enterprise environment. He will discuss what deployment settings were changed from Adobe's base installation configuration and why. Addendum material will include where in the registry those settings can be found.

Next, Tom LoMastro, application packaging expert and member of Hewitt's Application Deployment Services team will discuss how to take all those configuration changes, package updates and desktop configuration issues, and mold them into a stable and reliable deployment package.

Doug's expertise includes enterprise deployment of Acrobat and Reader using Adobe's Enterprise Customization Wizard, as well as corporate subject matter expert on .PDF, PDF Libraries, PostScript, Production CD-ROM and the needs of the transaction print industry.
