I recently installed Acrobat 8.0 Standard. When I am in Outlook 2003, my right-click menu no longer works on emails in my folders. I can no longer change an email to "Mark as Unread" via the right-click.

Try disabling any add-ins in Outlook (Tools, Options, Other [tab], Advanced Options [button], COM add-in [button] and uncheck any listed one by one). It will most likely disable that application's functionality in Outlook but which is worse?
