Line graphs not printed from PDF file.

I am trying to print a pdf report that has a line graph. Except the lines in the graph all others are printed. The pdf file was generated from a web application which in turn generated the report using  Crystal Reports XI. I have a Adobe Reader 7.0.3.
I am not sure whether it is a Pro or Standard edition.
Please let me know how to fix this.

My Product Information:
Reader Standard 7 / Windows

Re: Line graphs not printed from PDF file.

Without seeing the file itself, it is next to impossible for us to troubleshoot this issue, especially given that the PDF file was "generated by a web application" (we don't know which application or version and parameters used to generate it) and we don't know how Crystal Reports XI is involved at all. Note that Reader 8.1 is the current version. Even for Reader 7, there are a number of updates including bug fixes beyond 7.0.3 (last version was 7.0.9). We also don't have any specifics from you as to what type of printer (model, resolution, etc.) you are using to print.

Acrobat Pro or Standard would seeming be irrelevant to this discussion because the file was not created with nor is it being printed by either Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard.

Pending more information from you and/or a sample of the file, there is not anything more we can advise beyond simply updating your copy of Reader and trying again.
