Topic of the month: “Acrobat 9: A Revolutionary Release”
If you signed up to attend our free eSeminar scheduled for June 3, there's some exciting news: The topic has been changed to "Acrobat 9: A Revolutionary Release,” in keeping with the official announcement today of a new major upgrade of the Acrobat product family. And if you haven't yet signed up for the interactive session, there's more good news: We've added several extra sessions in anticipation of strong interest within the user community in learning about the enhanced features and capabilities of the new versions. So register ASAP!
The originally scheduled eSeminar will be live online on Tuesday, June 3, at 10 a.m. U.S. Pacific (1 p.m. Eastern). Ifas seems likelyvirtual room capacity for this session is reached, we encourage you to attend one of these extra two live sessions: Tuesday, June 3 at 5 p.m. U.S. Pacific (8 p.m. Eastern) or Thursday, June 5 at 9 a.m. U.S. Pacific (12 p.m. Eastern). This eSeminar will also be recorded for on-demand viewing. Also, please note similar changes for the seminars in July and August, now both covering Acrobat 9-related topics.
During the 60-minute presentations, Acrobat expert and well-known book author Ted Padova, along with Lori DeFurio, Joel Geraci and Ali Hanyaloglu of Adobe Systems, will offer their impressions of and highlight key features in Acrobat 9, including:
- PDF Portfolios
- Real-time collaboration
- Simplified forms workflow
- Flash integration with PDF
You'll also find the beginnings of our coverage of this major upgrade already posted on AcrobatUsers.com, with much more to follow in the coming days and weeks.
And, of course, we're eager to hear what you think of Acrobat 9 in the AcrobatUsers.com forums!
Best Regards
