What can I do if I need to regularly complete and return (via email) a PDF form, but the original form does not contain any fillable form fields?

If you are using Reader 4.x or higher - you have the ability to fill a form if (and that's a big IF) the creator of the form added form fields to the PDF. If you can't "click and type" on the form — then you might want to contact the owner and explain that they should add fields to the document.

However, if you have Acrobat Professional (not Reader) — you can add your own form fields, or if you have Acrobat 7.0.5 or later, there is a Typewriter Tool that allows you to just "type" on the form — even if there are no fields.
