10, 2012-05-22 22, 2012Hi Kerry,
I’m sorry to hear you were taken by surprise; we do our best to be clear about the subscription levels, but sometimes wires get crossed somewhere. There is, in fact, a free level of the FormsCentral service; you should be able to create a form and distribute that form on the web, and receive up to 50 responses. Unfortunately, as you’ve discovered, the option to distribute a form as a PDF file is only available to Basic or Plus subscribers. For more information, please see: https://www.acrobat.com/formscentral/en/pricing.html
Again, I’m very sorry for the confusion; you may want to try using your new form on the web, just so your hard work isn’t for naught. Let me know if I can do anything to help.
Kind regards,
Rebecca

4, 2012-05-03 03, 2012I thought this was a free site - I spent an hour customizing a template only to discover that this is a subscription based service. I couldn’t event print out my beautiful template because it was grayed out. Frustrating!
