How to distribute a PDF online form using Acrobat X and FormsCentral

Open your finished form. In the Tools pane, open the Forms tools, and click Distribute. When the Distribute Form dialog box opens, click the drop-down arrow and pick a distribution option. We’ll use Acrobat.com. Click Next. Insert e-mail addresses, review the contents of the message, and click Send.

The Tracker window opens. Acrobat tracks form information, such as your active forms and server status. You can also work with your forms in the Tracker, too. You can contact your form recipients, and check out your form responses.

Your recipients get an e-mail like this one. Click the link in the e-mail to open the form's page at Acrobat.com. Click Download to download the form and complete the form in Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
Instead of working on your desktop, you can create, store, and distribute a form online using Adobe FormsCentral. To get started, click Create PDF or Online Form to open the Create or Edit Form dialog box. Click Create a web form or survey from scratch or template, click Next, then click Start Now.

When Adobe FormsCentral opens, sign in or create a free account. Look through the template categories, and click New Form to start from the chosen template. Change the design and add fields to suit your needs.

When your form is ready, click Distribute. Click Open to allow users access to your form. Choose a way to distribute the link to your form. You can send it by e-mail, copy the link to the clipboard, embed it on a web or blog page, or post it on Twitter.

It's easy to keep track of your circulated form. Click View Responses to see the form replies, which are added as they come in (up to 50 returns). To read a breakdown of your replies, click Summary Report and view the details.
