Hi Michelle,

FormsCentral is a really cool product. It’s now included with Acrobat XI Pro as a desktop app.

To learn how to create forms with the FormsCentral desktop app, check out this tutorial:
http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-create-forms-in-formscentral-desktop-app

If you want to do more with your FormsCentral desktop app like distribute and analyze forms, you’ll want to activate a FormsCentral account. You can learn more about that at:
https://www.acrobat.com/formscentral/en/home.html

Hope this helps.

Patty

I’ve never used FormsCentral.  Does it come with Acrobat Pro, or does it require a separate paid subscription?
