Adobe 9 Standard - Shared Review

When I try setting a document to shared review on a network share it works great, but it is creating a copy of the review document in the originating folder and the shared review folder I have created on the server. It didn't do this under Adobe 8. What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance for your help. I want to highlight a PDF of a journal article in tow different highlighting styles. I would like 1 of the styles to be the regular colored highlighting.

I would like the other to be a semi-transparent crosshatching (as you can in a textbox in MS word).

Anyone have any ideas about this?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on Windows Vista. Where are my custom stamps located on my hard drive? Aren't they all as 1 file with a long file name?
Once I find them, I want to copy them to a different computer using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on Windows 7. Where on the 2nd computer hard drive do I put the stamp file?

Dynamic Stamp working in Acrobat some fields not in Reader

I have a stamp that I threw together that worked fine in Acrobat, but in Reader, the fields for the check boxes and for the Name do not get placed on the stamp from the JS dialogue. I am not sure why.

Here is the code:

Sort Comments by Color in Acrobat X

I'm not sure if I'm missing it somewhere...but I can no longer sort comments by color, which was a hugely advantageous for my use. Have I missed this option somewhere?
