I'm a newbie to PDFs with rich media.
Exploring Acrobat 10 for creating an e-book that will incorporate rich media. However it must be played on an iPad 1&2. Can you explain how this is done or point me in the right direction?

Hi - I want to put videos into my PDF that will play in full screen mode by default when the poster image / button is clicked. I saw this post from 2008 - I'm wondering if this is still the case:

Hi - I don't like how the video tool forces you to draw a window to the approximate size of your video (should have option to set the specific dimensions of the video / poster image) so I was going to use a button with an icon that launches the video - how do I do this? Is there a better way to get a video poster image on the stage without having to guess at the size of your video?

Hi,
I'm am trying to have a mp3 play when the pdf is opened. Right now it works on my computer with Acrobat Pro, but not on the other computers that have Reader. We did this last year, but no one remembers how we did it differently.

Here are the steps we used.

Tools>Multimedia>Sound

I have an SWF video clip in my PDF. It automatically starts when the document is opened. The problem is that this is a form and i have said which fields i would like to print and those that i don't.

But the file does not work properly as the message "Unable to load XML data" is presented

Hi Community,
I would like to know:
1. Is there a way to make an area "hot" with sound but have it NOT put a white box over the top of what I want to play the sound? I want to use mp3 so they can still control the player- rather then just "Play a sound". When I click on "No Border" it still gives a border. How can you control what the "Current Poster" is.

Hi Newbie here.

I am writing a Masters Thesis and about 30 pages have Mp3 files in them.
The problem is that everytime I play the file a box pops up that says

"You have opened a document that links to Windows Built-In Player multi-media content on a removable medium. Please decide whether to play the content now."
