Hi

We are having problems with redaction.
We are using a discovery tool and have exported some documents thet need redaction.

We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro (9.3 I think).

We are unable to use the redaction tool on these documents.

We are able to redact documents printed from within Microsoft Word (print to Adobe PDF)

I'm not seeking technical support in this forum, but some guidance on the best place to get it. I have been unable to fix my Acrobat Professional X installation problem after searching the Adobe website and elsewhere throughout the web. What's the best way, paid or free, to get knowledgeable technical support?

http://acrobatusers.com/forum/legal/batch-bates-numbering-acrobat-x

I upgraded a month or so ago and unfortunately, this is the first time I have needed to Bates Number a production. In Acrobat 9 it was a fairly easy process and I have not been able to figure out a good and simple way to do this in Acrobat X. Although I have created an Action -- it seems to prompt me to plug in the bates number at each document.

http://acrobatusers.com/forum/legal/stamping-or-bates-numbering

I've got a series of pages with the following Bates number:

MM/DD/YY - 000284(a).

I would like to know if its possible to "increment" the alphabetic character while keeping the number (000284) the same.

So, the sequence would look like:

MM/DD/YY - 000284(a)
MM/DD/YY - 000284(b)
MM/DD/YY - 000284(c), and so on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

This is my question.
How can I use an Adobe Acrobat 9 advanced redaction search of words that allows me to deselect from the search box (as opposed to the document page)specific appearances of the same word ie: directly from the list of word occurrences first found.

I created several packages of produced documents with embedded indexes in Acrobat 8. Using the advanced search option "Match any words" works great in Acrobat.
