OK, does anyone know how you can set Acrobat 3D to highlight the bookmark that you are in. For example, if you have a manual, that has each section bookmarked at the beginning of the section, and you have the bookmarks panel open, if you run a search for certain key words, Acrobat will jump to the first instance of the kewords, but only give a very slight change in colour to the relevant bookmark icon in the bookmark panel.

I would like to be able to have the program highlight the listing in the bookmark panel to red, say, so that it was easy to see which section those keywords were found in.

Is this possible, and if so, does anyone know how?

Hi --

The short answer is no. It's not something that Acrobat does. If you wanted to build an interactive document having the bookmarks duplicated as part of each page, you'd create that appearance, but it wouldn't be in the Bookmarks pane.
