Dear expert,
 
When user mouse click on a 3d object I wanted to create a marker or symbol.What is the best way to achieve this functionality in acrobat 3d. Can it be done using javascript? Appreciate your help.

The documentation doesn't show any way to add Annots to a 3DAnnot with JavaScript. Maybe in the next version. Send Adobe a request.
