Hi,

when exporting a Section View from Deep Exploration to PDF file the section that cuts the object is empty.
It is suposse to be a solid section.

At the next link there are two screenshots to see what happens.

Please any solution about it?

If you use the "cut" operation on a cross section in DE, it will divide the mesh and introduce the cap as a new polygon object, provided the border of the mesh is closed. If you use "add to scene", the XS plane is stored, but the mesh itself isn't affected (and as there are no "real" slices and caps performed, there aren't any in the exported PDF).

Cross section views in PDF 3D scenes are stored as parameters of the view itself, not as objects in the scene - so cutting the mesh in DE "burns in" the section - it can't be turned off or moved in Acrobat. Defining a sectional view in Acrobat, the plane can be moved by the user. Bear in mind that 3D models in Acrobat are one-sided polys, so if your normals are mismatched, faces can appear to be missing if you're viewing them from the back.
