Hi!
How can I disable the 'Right Click' / 'Part Options' / 'Show All Parts'?
It is not included in the tool bar that can be disabled.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1, Windows

You can't. The context menu for 3D annotations is not under scripted control.
