Is it possible to generate 3D content (geometrie) via JavaScript. The only thing I can find in the 3D API is the node type 'Procedural' without much further explanation. An example would help.
My intention is to implement a 'Parametric Object' that changes it's dimensions and components based on input values that the user can edit via document fields.

My Product Information:
Acrobat 3D 8, Macintosh

Hi Stephan,

below is a link to a blog entry here at AUC that includes an Acrobat 3D Robot Arm game designed, developed, and scripted by Thom Parker. Check out how you can change the length of the robot's arm parts ( click on the arm part, choose properties and change the values).

There are many Acrobat 3D examples here at AUC too- have you checked out the 3D Corner to see if some good examples of what you want are available there?

Hope that helps,
