I am trying to convert a CAD 3D file into a pdf and when I do I only get a question mark in the upper left corner, Please help. What does this mean how do I fix it. I can create a 3D pdf directly from the CAD file itself, but not from Adobe.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.0, Windows

This due to the fact that the preview image (poster) failed (do not why).
You can still access to the 3D display by clicking on the red question mark.

You can also try to load your 3D file using A3D reviewer (installed with Acrobat 9 pro extended), then save the file in PDF Format using the following procedure :

->file
-> export
then click on options button (bottom left corner)
then click on write options
in preview image field you will see all the options in order to have a preview image (Poster)

after that you can save your file in PDF format and see if you still have the 'question mark'
