I have an assembly form UG NX4. When I go to move the componente the WCS go way off the assembly can somebody tell me how to get them to stay in the center of the assembly. Also are there any books aor classes the Classroom in a book does not get in to detail about the toolkit.

In the 3D Toolkit, try right clicking on the part you are trying to move and selecting 'Tools | Move pivot point'. You also have a choice to choose the coordinate system you are working in when manipulating the nodes of the model. The control for this is on the 'CAD Tools' Toolbar and is an icon with a picture of the XYZ coordinate axis. You can choose between local, parent, world and screen coordinate systems.
