I am trying to modify a prior pdf document to make it accessible; however, the options are grayed out (language version, tab order, and tab order). Why is that the case? I've never encountered this before.
Try to manualloy add tags to your PDF document if no tags appear in the Tags palette. Choose Advanced > Accessibility >Add Tags to Document.ted
