Add accessibility tags into dynamic PDFs

My application takes AFPs and converts them to PDFs at runtime using a PDF Transform Tool. The tool does not support adding tags for accessibility.

Is there any API which I can use to convert the PDF which is in byte array form and add the tags as desired? The application is built in Java.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.0, Unix/Linux

There isn't an API for Acrobat that can do this. In fact, it would probably be very difficult to infur reading order outside of an authoring application or without human interaction.

You might check the [url=http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.eed56a0/]Acrobat Developer U2U forum[/url] to see if anyone there is aware of any 3rd party tools that can do this.
