Hello,
I am having trouble enabling usage rights on a form, application, we are using.
The idea would be to enable users to fill out the form and send it back to us via e-mail.
Could someone tell me how this is accomplished?

You have Reader 8.1 listed in your Product Information- is that correct? Enabling Usage Rights is only available with Acrobat 8 Professional or Acrobat 9 Pro or Stnd- can't be done with the free Adobe Reader of any version.
