I cannot use the ALT and Right click mouse to copy any selected column on PDF while i am working on several docs. The cursor with copying little window does not appear either.

Dear Lori,
I can copy paste the pdf documents but the problems is i cannot copy them as i select multiple columns or sentences while i press alt+left click mouse to select the area for copy paste. I can copy with left click mouse for single words, sentences or two sides blank columns ( I only work on pdf related to my job) but when i press alt nothing happens in order to select w/ vertical bar. I checked my mouse, my keyboard and acrobat reader with my administrator ( they connected to my pc and the alt+ right click had worked on the screen surprisingly) but i couldnt aftermath their hours of tries.
anyway, if there is any problems related to that maybe you can give advise.
