How to use /Span tag and /Alt tag together to achieve alternate text for image.(page 812 Pdf Reference 1.5 Alternate Descriptions topic)Please give one full example on this.I have tried this but I am unable to get alternate text for the image.( I dont want to use Logical structure; I want to use the second option mentioned under Alternate Description topic).
