ClearScan: How to vectorize EVERYTHING? :)

Suppose, I have a BW scan that is text-only. So I do not want it to be segmented, i.e. I do not want there to be any BMPs left over.
In other words I would like to vectorize everything on such pages without any exceptions.
So the question is: how can I tweak ClearScan to get such an option? :)

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.0, Windows

Something to try -

After processing the PDF with Clearscan print with the Adobe Printer to create an image of the PDF content.
Export this second PDF's content to a TIFF file.
Then try one of the raster to vector conversion applications.
Bring this back into PDF if desired.
