I create pdf form using Adobe Livecycle Designer 7.1, the question is how can I make the file accessble only for Adobe Reader 9?

You can add a document level JavaScript to test the application name ('app.viewerType) and the version ('app.viewerVersion'), and issue an app alert or other JavaScript action with Acrobat. This is how LiveCycle Designer forms issue warnings about the Acrobat/Reader version needed to access the LiveCycle Designer form when an older non-compatible version of Acrobat/Reader is being used to access the form.
