I have created an interactive PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro9. When the form has been reader enabled and distributed out, my boss and others in the office cannot fill the form out because the form fields do not appear. Sometimes they have to send the form back to me because the reader enabler has disappeared.

Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.

What are the verisons of Reader that are being used?

Are multipple version of Acrobat/Reader installed?

Are both Acrobat and Reader installed?

Are the form form fields missing or is the highlighting of the form fields not showing?

They should all be working off the latest version of reader (version 8), but I cannot say that this is true because this is a government job and only the "higher" level administrators are having issues.

Acrobat versions are all the same - there are only 3 people who have acrobat & reader installed on there machines (which includes my boss and she can not fill out any of the interactive PDF's I design or the reader enabled versions). The form fields are there, but are showing up for most of the users. I am really starting to think it is a network issue or something in the administrative set-up, but I do not understand why.
