Print and email buttons - is it possible?

Hi all,
I mainly use Acrobat pro for prepress but I have a couple of application forms that I need to add buttons to and not sure if it is possible.

Firstly, I need a button that prompts the client to print.

Secondly, need to add a submit via email button that opens the user's email client and adds the relevant address and attaches the document.

Sounds fairly straightforward but probably not! Any help very gratefully accepted.

Acrobat Pro 9.0, Macintosh

A Button field can have the action "open a web link".
Use the "mailto:" scheme.
Provided use of this schemes' syntax is correct, the local machine's default email client is opened and a new email message is opened.
Scripting may be needed to get the PDF attached.

For printing, use the action "Execute a menu item" then select "File > Print".In the General tab of the Button's Properties dialog, use "Form Fields" drop-down menu to select:
Visible | Hidden | Visible but doesn't print | Hidden but printable.

Use the Button field's Tool Tip (General tab, Properties dialog) and/or a text label (Options tab, Properties dialog) to identify function to the user.

Be well...

Many thanks for the response, that pretty much solves my questions.

Does anyone know the scripting to attach the PDF?

Best,
Colin.
