Is it possible to use the "Read Out Loud" functionality with Adobe Reader 8.1 inside Internet Explorer 6 and 7?

Hi John,

You will need to open the PDF in either Adobe Reader or the full version of Acrobat itself to access the accessibility features such as read-aloud ..
