I am trying to add fonts to a scanned PDF, that is showing up on the accessibility report as image only PDF. Is there anyway I can add fonts to this document and make it accessible?
A scanner creates an image or picture of text. To obtain any text from an image one needs to use a version of Acrobat that can Optical Caracter Recognize, OCR, or 3rd party program to OCR the document and create a file with identifiable text.
