I want to convert a WORD 2007 document into pdf and I want to set the tab order before conversion by Acrobat. I want it set within WORD, can that be done?
ALso, I want to set the default language set first too? Any ideas?
My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.4.2, Windows
Locking down the final desired tab order of PDF Annotations/fields will have to be done with Acrobat. If you are developing Tagged output PDF the language will be set. Not in the Document Properties. Rather, in the "true" location - The root element in the PDF's structure tree. Regardless, Populating one PDF file or many PDF files with a value for language in the Document Properties can be performed with a Preflight Profile. Wrap this in a Batch Sequence (Acrobat 8 or 9) or an Action (Acrobat X) to process through the "many".
