Recently, I purchased acrobat x standard and I don't understand why I can't find the action wizard under file or tools. Does the program have a problem?
 
I am a new user of acrobat.

Actions or batch processes are only available in the Professional version of Acrobat.

Many times I have electronic patient's records that need to be signed whenever I receive a release request. Is there a way to create an automatic function within acrobat x to sign every time the below field is listed on the document?
