hi..i m new to acrobat...is it possible to create an action in WINDOWS 7 which performs following task?the task is that whenever i highlight some text a new pop up note should open with the highlighted text copy pasted in the pop up note.
all this should happen with just highlighting the text in one go..{(instead of normal cumbersome process of 1st copying text n then highlighting n then opening a pop up note n then pasting copied text.)}...plz suggest how to do it if its posssible...

Acrobat has a preference (Preferences --> Commenting) where the highlighted text is copied in to the comment box. This applies for the Highlight tool, the Underline tool and the Strikethrough tool. Another setting copies the encircled text in drawing comments popups.Hope this can help.

If you're already made some highlights and you want to copy the underlying text into them, you can use this tool:
