changing the size of a PDF drawing

Construction documents (drawings)
I need to change the size of the drawings from 17”x 22” to 24”x 36” can anybody help? 24”x36” should be the correct size.

If you're speaking of changing them for printing purposes, you can click "Print" and then after you select your printer, click on "Properties" in the print dialog box and choose the size that you want them printed. Then in the print dialog box under Page Handling, Choose "Fit to printable area"

Also make sure the box that says "Choose paper source by PDF size is NOT checked, and for my setup I check the box that says "Auto Rotate and Center."

I now can change the paper size thank you,how can I make my drawings follow the paper size?
