I have a set of Revit drawings saved as PDF files. I have file folders for various consultant drawings and each folder has files for each individual drawing - and are named as such. I am doing a QC check of the drawings using the Acrobat Review and Comments tools. How to create a Comment log for each sheet seems clear enough, but how can I create a log that spans all the sheets in all the different folders? And then, how do I globally import the comments from my mechanical and electrical engineers? Your help is appreciated. Michael

You might want to take a peek at the batch sample found at:

There is an example that details how to summarize comments from a selected set of files as a batch process.

Note - you'll need Acrobat Pro. to run batch processes do this.
