I would like to be able to have the PSet_Draughting property set (with values of layername, red, green, blue) to be used as the basis of color coding imported models.

Using this IfcPropertySet I could use a COBie file to update the colors of spaces I want to highlight in a model, import the model, and have those spaces appear in PDF for non-technical users.

Also I would like to be able to highlight colors of specific components, walls, or any other elements.

Thus a general implementation of PSet_Draughting is needed before I can really use Acrobat for other than toy demonstrations. Thanks.

the PSet_Draughting property set was a 2x2 implementers agreement and should not be used. what needs to be implemented is the 2x3 object ifcColourRGB.

I could provide a detailed ifcXML example of implementation of color in 2x2 and 2x3 however I cannot publish this to the forum due to forum administration controls... please email me to get this information if needed.
