Is there a way to total up all the accepted / rejected comments? Beside counting each page.
Also is there a way to export all the comments into an Excel spreadsheet? Do you know if the latest version has the capability?
Thanks
Denise

If the comments have a status associated with them (i.e., Accepted/Rejected) then you can sort by this attribute. Once you've sorted, then you print (or PDF) a summary of the comments with sequence numbers.
Acrobat 8 allows you to export your comments to Word or a data file. However, there is a sample batch sequence that allows you to write comments to a tab de-limited file at:

There is also a sample batch sequence at this location that allows you to summarize comments from multiple PDFs.
Hope this helps,
Lori
