We have been using Entourage 2008 together with Acrobat 9 Pro for shared reviews for some time and it all worked well for some time now. But after switching to Outlook 2011 Acrobat says it can´t complete sending out reviews by link any more. It stops in the middle of the process, just saying it can´t create the email for shared review. Anyone got a clue? We haven´t trashed Entourage yet but it won´t send it out Entourage either. And where do I tell Acrobat to use Outlook as primary mail program?
