Acrobat 9 Professional unexpectedly crashes initiating a shared review

Our organization has just begun to use Acrobat 9 Professional to initiate shared reviews on a Macintosh platform, using a WebDav server. Acrobat has been either freezing up or crashing when our Mac users try to initiate a shared review. No error message is given and our troubleshooting efforts have failed to resolve the problem thus far.

Some Acrobat crashes occur when the "To" field is being populated with the intended participants for a review. After identifying the first two participants from the Mac address book, both Send for Shared Review dialog boxes freeze up and cannot be cancelled. Consequently, to recover, we must force quit out of Acrobat.

One of our Mac users also complained of problems with initiated pdf reviews disappearing from the Sent folder of the Tracker.

We are running the most up to date versions of the Snow Leopard OS and Acrobat 9 Professional. The participants for the failed reviews are both Windows and Mac users.

Any input on how to resolve this matter will be greatly appreciated.
