We are currently using acrobat 8 for shared reviews of enabled PDF's, when we try attach for Email review and invite reviewers, we click on address book, but when the address book opens, it does not have all the groups listed. If I open the Address book by itself, I can see all the groups, which includes or company global address book, but I cannot get it to come up when in Acrobat.

Is there a way to have Acrobat recognize the full address book including directories group?

Using Acrobat 8 on Mac and Apples Address Book
Mac OS X 10.5.7

I have a related issue, in that the groups appear in the address book, but when I select them, they are not entered in the reviewer list correctly.

I'm using Acrobat 9 now, but when I used Acrobat 8, I didn't have this problem.
