What could cause Online Review/Approval settings to disappear on regular basis? We set to WEBDAV, set the URL and everything works. Then, seemingly randomly, but for many users, those preferences are "blank". Any information on this would be appreciated.
Can you provide additional detail to your question such as OS, version of Acrobat/Reader, browser?
