Acrobat "User" Comments

Every time I log onto Windows as myself, Acrobat asks me who I am and only offers me "Owner" as an option. (I am the owner, but I am also a separate user.) Then all my Comments in Acrobat are labeled as coming from User unless I go in and change each one. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

Hi Jay,

Be sure to open the Preferences (Edit > Preferences on Windows, Acrobat > Preferences on the Mac). Click Identify in the left pane and fill in all the identity fields in the right pane. Quit Acrobat and relaunch to avoid having to retype your Identify information in case the program crashes. When using tools like the comment tools, set the properties you want for one comment and then open a contextual menu and select Make Current Properties Default.
