Adding additional arrows to Callout boxes

Hi

I'm marking up plans using the Drawing Markups pane, and I wondered whether it was possible to indicate multiple locations on a plan from one callout box - i.e. to have multiple arrows?

You can draw additional arrows, but the call out box only has one "Built-in" arrow.

Just select the arrow tool and go from the target back to the comment box. I do it all the time and it looks fine.
