I have a customer who uses adobe acrobat 7.0 standard. They need to ocasionally add text boxes to pdf files and then print them. When the documents are printed, the text boxes that were added do not appear on the printed copy. is this feature part of 7.0 standard and if so, how is it utilized?

Hi --

I am not sure what you are referring to as a text box. Do you mean a text comment which displays on the page as a framed block of text?

If so, check the print settings, and be sure the option to Print Comments is active.
