Hi all,
This is my first post so I hope I am using the appropriate location.

I've searched around google but I think I need a more specific search term... What I'm trying to do is create some kind of comment box, or additional information display within a PDF. The idea is that when for example a link\field is clicked some kind of popup box is displayed which explains somethign in further detail...

You may have seen links on web pages for example - when you click on [?] a javascript box is displayed. Or alternativly, something similar to a HTML image ALT Tag would work too...

If Adobe Acrobat Professional has a feature like this would you please let me know - no need to provide a tutorial, I'll do the leg work - I'm just struggling to think of the best way to do this.

Thank you very much,
Geoff

If does. It's called "Comments". Go to the Comments menu and click the Show Comment & Markup Toolbar. Then try the different commenting tools and see which one does what you need. I think the Sticky note is more-or-less what you want. You can set different options as to how it looks and behaves from the Options menu of the comment and more general options under Edit-Preferences-Commenting.
