Advanced Editing toolbar disabled in Reviewed documents

Hello,
I have a PDF that is using Review Tracking, but I noticed that when a "share for review" document is opened, most of the Advanced Editing tool bar's tools are disabled.
For example, the Link Tool is disabled.
The only ones not disabled are ToughUp tools.

Is there a reason for them being disabled for Review Tracking, and is there a workaround for using the Link Tool?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1, Windows

Hi --

When you enable review tracking, you are giving Adobe Reader users rights to add comments, which enables the Comment & Markups tools. That does not extend rights to other tools, such as the Advanced Editing toolbar. The program is working like it should. There isn't a workaround since there's not a program problem. The only thing to do, if you are working in Acrobat, is to remove the rights to access the other tools.

Hi,

Perhaps you have misunderstood me.

this is what's happening:
I made a PDF, I can add markups and links to it.
I enable it for review tracking. I can still add markup like a note, but I am no longer able to add links to it.

I don't want to "remove the rights to access the other tools". I want to GRANT them the right to add links.

I, as the document's owner and original creator, at least, should be able to add links to a document that has been put on review tracking. I am unable to do that.

What I'm hearing is that this is an intentional decision on Adobe's part to not support the Link Tool when a PDF file is in review tracking mode, is that correct?
