I've created a PDF in a Mac environment. People in the PC world seem to be having a problem using the Comments & Markup tools on this PDF. When they try to highlight text, the cursor becomes large enough to wipe out half the page. One of the users has experienced the cursor leaving a swath of random red dots over the document.

What the...? Anyone have any clue what's going on here?

I should state that not every PDF I've created in Mac has done this for these same users.

My boss is starting to think I'm mentally incompetent. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
