Browser Based Review

When I upload a PDF for Browser Based Review, I need to type in the URL for the WebDav server every time I initiate an online review. I already checked Preferences and the URL for the WebDav server is there, it just does not show up in step 2 of the initiating window. This did not happen in Acrobat 7. Is there a workaround for this in 8?

Could be a bug. report the problem to Adobe Technical Support and look for a fix in the next maintencance upgrade.
